Yes. We hold a current Georgia contractor's license, carry full general liability insurance, and maintain workers' compensation coverage on all crews. We're also GAF Master Elite Certified — a credential fewer than 3% of U.S. roofers qualify for. We'll provide documentation before any work begins.

We work alongside homeowners on insurance claims regularly. We photograph and document damage, provide the written estimates your adjuster requires, and communicate directly with your insurance company throughout. We never chase storm work — we just make the process easier when you already have damage.

Our estimates are written and detailed, and we hold to them. If we open a wall or roof deck and find something unexpected — rotted sheathing, hidden damage — we stop, show you what we found, explain the options, and get your approval before any additional work is done. No surprise invoices.

Yes. We work with a few financing partners for homeowners who prefer to spread payments over time. We walk you through terms and options during your estimate. There's no obligation to finance — it's available if it helps.

We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on all major installations. This covers defects caused by our installation — not material failure, which is covered separately by manufacturer warranties (typically 25–50 years on shingles). If something we installed fails due to our work, we come back and fix it. Written commitment, not a verbal promise.
